Tổng hợp các bài mẫu thi viết Writing B1 VSTEP theo chủ đề

Writing B1 VSTEP là bài thi viết trong kỳ thi chứng chỉ tiếng Anh theo Khung năng lực ngoại ngữ 6 bậc dùng cho Việt Nam. Bài thi này có 2 phần, thời gian làm bài 60 phút.

• Phần 1: Viết thư.
• Phần 2: Viết bài luận.

Thang điểm 0-25 quy về 10 làm tròn đến 0,5.

Các chủ đề thường xuất hiện trong bài thi writing B1 VSTEP

Theo thông tư của Bộ GD&ĐT bài thi VSTEP writing sẽ sử dụng 14 chủ đề. Tuy nhiên trong đề thi B1 thực tế các chủ đề thi thường sử dụng những topic writing B1 được mở rộng từ 14 chủ đề ở trên. Cụ thể như sau:

Cấu trúc bài thi writing B1

Bài thi Writing B1 VSTEP gồm 2 Task, thời gian làm bài 60 phút .

Task 1: Thí sinh viết một bức thư hoặc một email có độ dài ít nhất 120 từ theo chủ đề đã cho.

Task  2: Thí sinh được yêu cầu viết một bài luận có độ dài ít nhất 250 đưa ra ý kiến tranh luận về một vấn đề xã hội hay một chủ đề bất kỳ.
Thí sinh sẽ phải viết dạng bài luận theo yêu cầu trong đề thi. Thông thường các dạng bài luận hay được sử dụng trong đề thi B1 tiếng anh là:

• Cause – Effect (Nguyên nhân và hệ quả nhận được).
• Discuss the advantages, disadvantages (Thuận lợi và khó khăn của một vấn đề).
• Discussion (Thảo luận về lợi ích của một chủ đề).
• Do you agree or disagree (Bạn đồng ý với quan điểm này chứ) ?
• Is this a positive or negative development (Đây là điều tốt hay không tốt).
• Opinion (Quan điểm của bạn như thế nào)?
• Problem Solution (Vấn đề thường gặp và giải pháp xử lý).
• To what extent do you agree or disagree (Bạn đồng ý toàn bộ hay chỉ một phần) ?
• What are some of these problems ? (Vấn đề này là gì)
• What are the benefits, drawbacks (Những lợi ích và khó khăn)?
• What are your views on this (Quan điểm cá nhân của bạn về một vấn đề)
• What solutions can you suggest for solving these problems (Bạn có phương án nào để giải quyết vấn đề này).

Hướng dẫn làm bài thi writing B1

Tất cả các dạng bài writing B1 các bài mẫu thi viết Writing B1 VSTEP đều cần phải làm đầy đủ cả 3 phần: Mở bài, thân bài và kết bài. Thí sinh có thể tham khảo cách làm như sau.

Cách viết thư hoặc email phần thi writing B1 VSTEP

Để có được một bức thư với bố cục chặt chẽ, đầy đủ các ý, hãy thực hiện bài viết của mình theo cấu trúc như sau:

Mở bài: Mở đầu hãy dùng những cụm từ như: Dear hoặc Hi…để chào người nhận thư, email. Sau đó hãy sử dụng những cụm từ lịch sự để bắt đầu bức thư:

• How are you? 
• Lovely to hear from you.
• Hope you’re well. 

Đặt vấn đề nội dung sẽ viết cho người đọc bằng những cụm từ như:

• I’m so pleased to hear… 
• It’s great to hear…

Thân bài: Hãy viết về những nội dung chính và khéo léo dùng những từ nối đề bài writing được mạch lạc, thống nhất hơn. Phần này thí sinh có thể sử dụng những cụm từ như:

• …ask you about…
• Anyway……
• The reason I’m writing to…
• I thought I’d write to tell……

Kết bài: Thí sinh hãy sử dụng các cụm từ như:

• Well, that’s all for now. 
• Write back soon. 
• Looking forward to hearing from you soon

Hoặc sử dụng những câu chào tạm biệt như:

• Yours sincerely, 
• Best regards,
• Warm regards
• Yours faithfully (Chào trang trọng người không quen biết).

Cách viết bài luận phần thi Writing B1 VSTEP

Để có một bài luận hay thể hiện đầy đủ các ý, bố cục chặt chẽ thể hiện được sự chuyên nghiệp.

• Mở bài: Hãy viết tên chủ đề sẽ trình bày trong bài luận. Cố gắng viết ngắn khoảng 2 – 3 câu nhưng vẫn đảm bảo cho người đọc hiểu được bài luận sẽ trình bày về điều gì. Để gây ấn tượng cho phần mở bài, hãy sử dụng những phương pháp như: Đưa ra lời trích dẫn, quan điểm được số đông công nhận…..
• Thân bài: Hãy làm từ 2 -4 ý, hãy dùng những lập luận để khẳng định quan điểm hoặc giải thích chủ đề đang làm. Hãy dùng những từ nối thật khéo để tránh đoạn văn bị rời rạc không thống nhất.
• Kết bài: Thí sinh có thể tóm tắt lại nội dung đoạn văn của mình hoặc dùng câu khẳng định để chốt vấn đề. Hãy sử dụng những cụm từ như: Generally / In the general… hoặc In conclusion… để kết thúc bài luận phần writing B1.

Lưu ý: Đối với dạng bài paragraph (yêu cầu viết đoạn văn mô tả) thí sinh nên viết liền mạch không nên xuống dòng. Nếu không sẽ bị trừ rất nhiều điểm nếu như mắc phải sai lầm này.

Các mẫu bài thi viết tiếng anh B1

1. Mẫu bài luận chủ đề: Health and body.

• Đề bài: You should spend about 40 minutes on this task.

Write an essay stating the causes and harmful effects of environmental pollution on human life. You should write at least 250 words

• Bài làm:

First of all, I would like to talk about the Causes of air pollution. The first cause I want to mention is gas emissions from factories and vehicles. As the gases from factories are not treated, they are very harmful to not only the air but also the environment. One of the substances contributing to the air pollution found in these gases is carbon dioxide (CO2) – one is also included in the gas emissions from vehicles. Additionally, nowadays, more and more plants and vehicles are appearing, contributing to the more serious of air pollution. The more gases discharged into the air, the more polluted the air is. And this brings a number of bad effects on both the environment and humans.

Now, I will continue with the second part about its impacts. Firstly, polluted air certainly affects the environment. The air pollution means that the CO2 in the air is high, and this gas will cause the greenhouse effect. This phenomenon will result in global warming and this is very bad for the environment. Also, the ecosystem is influenced because, in places where the CO2 is more than Oxide, living things are hard to survive. They can die or become extinct. Another impact is harming human life. The polluted air damages people’s health because it causes respiratory diseases. Besides, it might have negative influences on daily life. As the air is seriously polluted, people will prefer staying at home rather than going out to avoid diseases, interrupting their lives. Moreover, pollution also costs the government money to handle problems. Every year, the government needs to spend a large amount of money to deal with air pollution to better society. If it is not prevented as soon as possible, the amount will increase gradually.

2. Mẫu bài luận chủ đề: Weather

• Đề bài: You should spend about 40 minutes on this task.

Write an essay about how to protect the air. You should write at least 250 words

• Bài làm:

Trees are useful assistants to reduce air pollution

I want to talk about the suggestions for solutions to solve the air pollution problem. It would be better if the government had suitable strategies such as encouraging people not to cut down trees without its permission and to use public transport to reduce the number of vehicles as well as implementing appropriate strict laws to require plants to treat their exhausted gas before they are discharged into the air. 

We should be aware of air protection, we should use green energy and not cut down trees without permission from the government and travel by walk or by bike. Let’s protect our air for the next generation together.

3. Mẫu bài luận chủ đề: Sport

• Đề bài: You should spend about 40 minutes on this task. Write an essay about your favourite sport, why do you like this sport? What are the benefits? You should write at least 250 words
• Bài làm:

There are many friends who like to play soccer, volleyball, and badminton. I personally like to play basketball. I started playing this sport when I was 10 years old. Back then, because I was too small, my dad made a basket to match my height. 

Playing basketball helps you to develop a remarkable height. Now I’m the tallest person in the class. To play basketball you need practice to have a supple body and good judgement. You also need to combine smoothly with the other players on the team in a very good way. In football, people try to get the ball into the opponent’s goal, and in basketball we try to put the ball into the opponent’s basket. 

This process is extremely demanding and requires a lot of effort. I usually play basketball during recess or after school with my team. I love to play basketball but I only play it for fitness and entertainment purposes. In addition to the above benefits, basketball also gives me very close friends. I love basketball.

4. Mẫu bài luận chủ đề:  Daily life (Discuss the advantages, disadvantages).

• Đề bài: You should spend about 40 minutes on this task. Is it better to live in the city or the countryside? Write a comparison essay and state the advantages and disadvantages? You should write at least 250 words.
• Bài làm:

Both city life and country life have advantages as well as disadvantages.

In the city, the houses are supplied with electricity and drinking-water. It is very convenient for city people to go from place to place by bus, by taxi or by motorbike. They can buy everything they need in supermarkets and department stores everywhere. For entertainment, they can go to theatres and amusement centres. However, they have to suffer from air pollution and noise pollution, which are very harmful to their health.

Many people prefer to live in the country because they can enjoy the fresh air, the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful landscape. However, life in the country is not comfortable and easy. Country people lack such comforts and conveniences as electric cities, drinking water, good transportation and entertainment.

I think city life is more suitable for young people. Elderly people should enjoy life in the countryside.
